The COVID 19 prevention process will not start
COVID 19 came in. “Studies show that those who cover 25 percent (or more) of their daily
caloric intake from sugar doubl their chances of dying from cardiovascular disease. “In China,

consumes sugar per week (907-1361 grams), (1361/7 = 194 g / day. ) consumes five times
more. If the consumption of sugar decreases more resistant to the human body decreases the

In vain has COVID 19 taught the world

nevertheless, the goal has strengthened in me: to reduce excessive sugar consumption, this one step would also
strengthen people’s immune systems and in vain would COVID 19, or perhaps its latest version, “divoc”, one would
win. I am reminded of my role model Ignatius Semmelweis and the ” chlorine curd”, for me chlorine is replaced by
milk protein and more than thirty years have passed. I just hope – Semmelweis is watching me from above….
